Green Management and "Great Geological" Work

文章简述了绿色管理产生的背景、含义和内容 ,以及与大地质工作的紧密联系 ,认为地质工作作为可持续发展的基础性工作 ,实施绿色管理更是适应新形势的理性选择。提出要将绿色管理与大地质工作结合起来 ,在合理开发利用矿产资源、加强地质灾害的防治、引进环保型技术施工装备、开展无公害农业、治理环境污染、解决水资源短缺等领域发挥作用 ,为推动湖北经济的发展、全面建设小康社会作出新的贡献。

The paper firstly introduces the emerging background, meaning and content of green management and the close relations with great geological work. As geological work is the basic work for sustainable development, the paper argues that carrying out green management is rational selection for the new situation. And given this situation, it points out that the integration of green management and great geological work can give full play to these aspects: rational utilization and development of mineral resources; improving the prevention and treatment of geological disaster; introduction of Environmentally-sound technology and construction equipments; developing green agriculture; cleaning up environmental pollution; resolving the shortage of water resources. As a result, the new contribution has been given to improve the economic growth and build a well-off society in an all-round way in Hubei province.
