仔猪实验性铅中毒的血液学变化 被引量:1

摘要 体重8~12kg长白仔猪12头,随机分成实验组(8头)和空白对照组(4头),实验组按60mg/kg体重口服醋酸溶液,历时14周.每25d采集仔猪耳静脉血,用不同方法测定红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度、红细胞平均压积、血液平均血红蛋白浓度、平均血红蛋白量以及红、白细胞数量.结果判定仔猪实验性铅中毒为小细胞性、低血素性贫血,在血液中可见中、晚幼红细胞增多,并在濒死期实验仔猪血液中可视嗜碱性点彩颗粒红细胞. Twelve landrace piglets, weighing 8~12 kg, were randomly divided into test group(8) and control group(4). Test piglets were given a solution containing 60 mg lead acetate/kg of body weight every day for 14 weeks. Venous bloods from piglets ears were collected every other 25d. Mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentrations, mean hematocri, meam hemoglobin concentrations blood ,mean corpuscular hemoglobin, erythrocytes and leucocytes quanity were tested with different methods. According to these, it could be judged parvocellular and hypochromic anemia, poly chromatophilic and acidophilic erythroblasts increased and basophilic stipping was seen in blood.
