利用B型超声诊断胆囊隆起性病变36例.经手术与病理诊断相对照,进行分析、讨论.胆囊隆起性病变有不同的病理改变及声像图表现.提示超声检查对胆囊小隆起性病变诊断率高达90%以上,并且无创伤,重复性强,其敏感性在目前所有影像诊断方法中为首选.
