高度近视黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离25例临床观察

The Surgery Effect Analysis for High Myopial Macular Holes Rentinal Attachment

目的:探讨巩膜冷冻、环扎及外放液玻璃体腔注气手术治疗高度近视黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离的疗效及适应范围.方法:回顾性分析1997-10～2002-10,在内蒙古林业总医院行巩膜冷冻、环扎及外放液玻璃体注气治疗的高度近视黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离患者25例(25眼)的临床资料.结果:术后随访6～12个月,25只眼视网膜完全复位.术后视力≥0.05者21只眼,最佳视力为0.5.结论:适度的巩膜冷冻,可以减少视网膜和脉络膜血管的损伤及术后并发症的发生,巩膜环扎缩小玻璃体腔减轻增殖性视网膜玻璃体病变的牵引,玻璃体腔注气促使视网膜复位,外放液是治疗黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离的有效方法之一.

To study the effect and applied range of scleral buckling.Cryopexy releasing subrentinal flaid and gas infection for high myopial macular holes rentinal attachment .Methods as cases(25eyes) high myopial macular holes relinal attackment which had been therapied through scleral buckling,cryopexg,releasing,subrentinal fluid and gas injection,were retrespectively studied .Results:In the follow-up for 6～12 months ,total retinal attcukment was achived in 25 cases .The final visual≥0.05 in 21 cases ,the best final visual was 0.5 .Conclusion Proper scleral cryopexy can reduce the retinal and choroidal harm and prevent the occurrence of comlicatement, scbral buckling can reduce the proleferative vitreorentinopathy;gas injection to itreous made retinal reattachment, releasing subrentinal fluid was one of the effective means to theropy macudar hole retinal attachment.
