The Cause and the Measure of Installtion Failure of Inter Locking Nail

目的:探讨如何准确地安装交锁髓内钉锁钉.方法:将1994来安装交锁髓内钉的经验加以总结,分折其成功与失败的原因.结果:在本组病历中,外力干扰交锁髓内钉的主钉和瞄准器,及与冠状面垂直的限位杆与主钉未接触,成为交锁髓内钉锁钉安装困难或失败的主要原因.结论:在安装交锁髓内钉时,尽量在术中做到无外力干扰交锁髓内钉主钉与瞄准器.

Objective:To investigate how to install an inter-locking nail properly. Methods:By receivening the clinical cases in which interlocking nails were used since 1994.we summerized the success or failure causes of the cases.Result:The untonchment of a linit-rod and amain nail was found to be the major reason of the inter-locking nail installation failare in the clinical cases,as the main nail and the guide were disturbed by ontside forces .Conclusion:It is important to avoid the force disturbance to the main nail and the guide.
