摘要
目的 :研究成年女性额、面、颈部红外辐射表达规律。方法 :应用国产医用红外热像仪 ,采集成年女性额、面、颈部红外热像图 (IRI) 10 5例 ,采用红外热像图分析软件 (IRIAS)进行定位、定量分析。结果 :成年女性额、面、颈部IRI有效色码表达可达 11级 ,色码分布具有明显的规律性 ;Ⅰ~Ⅺ级色码温区呈递减状态 ,同级色码平均温差为 0 95℃ (P <0 0 1) ;逐级色码平均递减温差为 0 94℃ (P <0 0 1) ,均有显著差异 ;不同年龄组IRI色码温区定量比较有显著差异。结论 :成年女性额、面、颈部红外辐射具有明显的规律性 。
Objective:In order to study the expression rul e of the adult female infrared radiation (IRR ) on the region of front ,face and n eck.Methods:The adult female infrared image (IRI)in the region of fr ont ,face and neck were acquired by the medical infrared thermographs instrument . Infrared image analysis software (IRIAS) was used to express the infrared radi ation localization and quantification. Excel software was used in statistical an alysis.Results:The adult female front, face and neck region IRI colo r code can be expressed in 11 grades. The color codes have distinct localization rule. The result showed that the temperature is degreed from color code I to XI . In the same grade color code, the average difference in temperature is 0 95℃ ,P<0 01. In the gradual color code, the average difference in temperature is 0 94℃, P<0 01. The different age color codes temperature differences also have striking difference.Conclusion:our study revealed that the expression of infrared radiat ion in the region of front 、face and neck body of the adult female have specif ic rule. The above results are helpful for further exploring the expression rule of infrared radiation in human body.
