摘要 目的:探讨p57kip2蛋白和cyclinE(周期蛋白E)在胰腺癌发生发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化SP法,检测p57kip2和cyclinE蛋白在32例胰腺癌和癌旁胰腺组织中的表达。结果:p57kip2蛋白阳性表达率在胰腺癌组织中为46.9%,显著低于癌旁胰腺组织(χ2=5.317,P<0.05),并与胰腺癌组织分化程度有关(χ2=4.979,P<0.05),而与淋巴结转移无关(χ2=3.698,P>0.05);cyclinE蛋白阳性表达率在胰腺癌组织中为68.8%,显著高于癌旁胰腺组织(χ2=4.036,P<0.05),并与胰腺癌组织分化程度和淋巴结转移均有关(χ2=5.128,χ2=4.693,P<0.05);p57kip2蛋白阳性表达组cyclinE蛋白阳性表达率低于p57kip2蛋白阴性表达组,但两者之间无相关性(酌=-0.11211,P>0.05)。结论:p57kip2蛋白的低表达和/或cyclinE的高表达可能在胰腺癌发生发展中发挥重要作用。 Objective:To investigate the effects of p57 kip2 and cyclinE proteins on the genesis and progression of human pancreatic canc er.Methods:The expression of p57 kip2 and cyclin E proteins in tumor tissues and adjacent tissues of pancreatic ca ncer in32patients were detected by SP immunohistochemical technique.Results :p57 kip2 protein positive)expression rate in tumor tissues of pancreatic cancer was 46.9% which was lower than that in adjacent pancreatic tissue÷ 2 =5.317 P <0.05 p57 kip2 protein positive)expression correlated significantly with tumor cell differ entiation÷ 2 =4.979 P <0.05 and did not correlate significantly with lymph node metastasis P >0.05 cyclin E positive)expression rate in tumor tissues was68. 8% which was higher than that in adjacent pancreatic tissues ÷ 2 =4.036 P <0.05 cyclin E positive)expression also correlated significantly wi th tumor cell differentiation and lymph node metastasis ÷ 2 =5.128 ÷ 2 =4.693 P <0.05 cyclin E protein positive)expression rate in the tumor tissue s of p57 kip2 protein positive)expression group was lower than that in p57 kip2 protein negative)expression group there were no significant correlation be tween the two groups r=)0.11211 P >0.05.Conclusions The decreased expression of p57 kip2 protein and/or over)expression of cyclin E protein may play an important r ole in the genesis and progression of pancreatic cancer.
