86例心脏粘液瘤的外科治疗

Surgical Treatment of Atrial Myxomas

目的:总结86例心脏粘液瘤外科治疗经验。方法:回顾性分析86例心脏粘液瘤病例手术资料,左房粘液瘤58例,右房粘液瘤28例,均在体外循环下行粘液瘤摘除。结果:86例均痊愈出院,同期行三尖瓣成形14例,三尖瓣与二尖瓣成形4例,二尖瓣置换4例。结论:术中应注意麻醉诱导与插管方法,选择恰当的手术径路,防止瘤体破碎、脱落造成栓塞,切除粘液瘤要彻底。

Ob je ctive:Summing)up the experience of surgical treatment for86cases of atrial m yxomas.Methods:Between January1984and January2001 ,86patients underwent evaluation and treatment for atrial myxomas.Result s:86patients were diagnosed of atrial myxomas(Male/Female:32/54) ,average age46±14years.The myxomas were removed by transthoracic appr oach using extracorpo)real circulation.Pathological examination of the tumors showed atrial myxomas.There were no periop)erative deaths.Conclusion:Complet e surgical resection ,when possible ,is only choice for the treat)ment of primary cardiac myxomas.Prognosis a fter surgical excision is usually excellent.
