摘要 创伤修复涉及到自体、同种异体组织移植及人工材料替代。上世纪 80年代中期出现的组织工程学 ,为创伤修复提供了新的方向 ,即用活的细胞接种在可降解支架材料上 ,经体外培养后植入体内 ,修复组织缺损 ,重建功能。本文根据最新文献 。 Methods of trauma repair commonly include autologous tissue graft,heterologous tissue graft and substitute of artificial material.?Since middle period of 80s last century,tissue engineering items have been proposed for repair of trauma.?The principle of tissue engineering is to culture living seeding cells and resorbable biomaterials together in vitro,then implant in vivo for repair of tissue defects and restoration of function.?In this article,according to recent published articles,the basic sciences and results of clinical applications of tissue engineering are introduced.
