Evidence-based trauma management guidelines

本文以循证医学为基础 ,总结了 1 0类常见严重创伤的急救处理指南 ,以及运用特殊的分析方法和决策手段来评估临床资料 ,制定医疗卫生决策、规范医疗服务行为 ,从而提供经济、高效的医疗服务。通过筛选高质量的临床证据 ,对创伤进行系统的评估 ,使医护工作实践基于合理的证据 ,而非主观经验之上 ,并利用证据建立标准化的医疗护理体系 ,以达到改善病人预后、减少医疗费用之目的。

Ten common traumas were included in this study. The guidelines of the management of these traumas were suggested according to the evidence based practice. Special analytic and decisional ways were applied to evaluate the cases,to make our medical decisions and to standardize the medical actions,so that an economic and efficient medical service can be applied. The medical practice can be based on reasonable evidence,and not only on subjective experience. Thus,a standardized treatment and nursing system can be established.
