广西两种负蝗的染色体C带核型的比较研究

Comparason of C-banding karyotype of two species of Atractomropha Saussure in Guangxi

分析研究分布在广西的负蝗属 Atractomropha Saussure两个种短额负蝗 Atractomropha sinensisl.Bolivar和柳枝负蝗 Atractomropha psittacina(De Haan)核型和 C带带型。结果表明 ,在染色体组式、性染色体、异染色质含量和除着丝粒 C带以外的其他 C带分布类型方面都有明显差异 ;但在染色体数目、性别决定机制、染色体着丝粒类型和着丝粒 C带等方面有着相同的特征。

The C banding karyotypes of Atractomropha sinensisl Bolivar and Atractomropha psittacina DeHaan of Atractomropha Saussure in Guangxi were studied. According to the resul, there are obvious differences among the genome formula, sex chromosome, amount of herterochromatin, intercalary and telomere bands. It showed the same in the chromosome number, sex determination, telocentric chromosome and centromeric band.
