摘要
对轮式装载机总体参数计算机辅助仿真设计进行研究,建立了机器技术经济综合效益评价指标,用以优选样机;根据描述机器技术形态和工作过程的数学方程,运用相似理论推导,建立了机器系统总体参数的仿真设计数学模型,利用计算机进行了实际计算与绘图。结果表明,仿真设计改变了传统设计方法的复杂性,提高了机器设备新方案的设计速度。
The unified appraising index of technical efficiency and economical results of the machine was set up to select a excellente machine as a design model.Utilizing the similarity theory, the mathematic simulation design formulae of the main parameters of the machines with the similar structures and dimensions were deduced and established according to the mathematic equations that describe the technical form of the machine,and the practical simulation design calculation and drawing were made quickly by computer. The results indicate that the simulation design is of significance for overcoming the troubles and complexity of the traditional design method and speeding up the search for the new design plans of the machine.
