摘要
传统矿物润滑油降凝机理不能很好地解释可生物降解润滑油的低温流动性能。将降凝剂T803A分别加入到46#矿物油和可生物降解基础油中,测定了它们的倾点、表观粘度和边界泵送温度。结果表明,可生物降解基础油的低温性能优于传统矿物油。对T803A与可生物降解基础油的作用机理进行了理论分析。
The anti-coagulating mechanism of mineral oil can not exoplain the flowing ability of biodegradable lubrication base oil at low temperature.The anti-coagulating dose T803A was added into 46~# mineral oil and biodegradable lubrication base oil,their flowing point,apparent viscosity and pumped-temperature were measured.The results show that the lower-temperature performance of biodegradable lubrication base oil is better than the one of mineral oil.The mechanism of anti-coagulating was analyzed theorically.
