摘要
通过碳酸铝铵热分解法制备出α Al2 O3粉 ,并重点研究了促进剂在氧化铝制备过程中的作用 .结果表明 ,加入促进剂可以使α Al2 O3相变温度降低至 90 0℃ ,且没有θ Al2 O3相的生成 ;促进剂的加入促进了Al2 O3晶体的生长 ,并趋向于形成六角形的片层状颗粒 ;煅烧温度过高容易形成过薄的片状氧化铝颗粒 ;适量加入促进剂可以获得大小均匀 ,外形规则的六角形氧化铝分散颗粒 ,大小约为 1~ 2 μm ,比表面约为 2m2 /g.
Al2O3 powder was prepared by thermal decomposition of crystalline ammonium aluminum carbonate hydroxide (AACH) precursor, and the influence of promoting agent on the synthesis process of Al2O3 was studied. The results show that the transformation temperature of α-Al2O3 is lowered to 900°C by adding crystal grow promoting agent and there is no existence of θ-Al2O3 phase during the transformation process; the growing of α-Al2O3 crystal is promoted and the regular hexagon shape particles are obtained; flakelike α-Al2O3 particles could be caused by excess high temperature. α-Al2O3 powder for phosphor raw material can be synthesized by this method, with the size of 1-2 μm and the specific surface of 2 m2/g.
