苏州地区传统建筑屋面基层工艺研究

Research on roof-base technology of traditional architecture in Suzhou, China

为应对当前传统地方建筑工艺面临退化与消亡危机 ,本研究在整理分析现有实例的基础上 ,根据材料与材料处理方式的不同 ,对苏州地区传统建筑屋面工艺所进行的分类与归纳 ,将其分为清水望砖做法、做细望砖做法、反刷望砖做法及望板做法 ,并分别详述其材料的处理方法、相关的构件与构造、工艺特点、适用范围及实例等 .通过到施工现场实地调研和整理工匠访谈的方法 ,详细记录与解说了清水望砖的做法 ,包括材料再加工、工序、工艺要点、注意事项等 .这样忠实记录工艺过程 ,客观分析个中结构、构造原理即为本阶段研究工作的重点与主要成果内容 .

Based on the analysis of available examples, the roof-base technology of traditional architecture in Suzhou area is classified as dry sheathing brick, polished sheathing brick, rebrushing sheathing brick and sheathing board according to their material and treatment. The treatment of material, corresponding component and structure, technological characteristics, field of application, as well as practical examples are introduced in detail. By means of investigation on working field and visit to the workers, the processing of dry sheathing brick including reprocessing of raw material, procedures, and technical points are recorded and explained. All of these form a stage result of the research.
