The SCOR model is adopted by many companies in a wide variety of industries all over the world. It brings tremendous benefit for those companies. It is considered that the SCOR Model provides a powerful tool for supply chain assessment and process reengineering. This paper systematically introduces the supply chain modeling methodology based on SCOR and the top-down approach for implementing SCOR model.
