文章针对李家峡水电站调速系统管路焊缝探伤不合格的情况 ,按照技术监督的要求 ,利用 4 #机组扩修对调速系统管路进行处理 ,从管路焊缝的处理、更换安装、探伤检测方面进行总结 ,为今后调速系统管路的安装。

Aiming at the situation of weld joint's fault detection disqualification situation of Lijiaxia hydraulic power station's speed governing system pipeline,and according to the requirement of technical supervision,the paper proposes the course of pipeline weld joint's treatment,replacing and installation,and fault detection through the extension engineering of 4+# unit,and hopes it can provied some references for the pipeline installation engineering.
