According to the development and present situation of our automobile maintenance field,the paper discusses the basic requirements,knowledge structure ,training model of the talent,and the teaching reform in this field.It also puts forward the corresponding measures to reform the course system,contents of the teaching material,and teaching methods and conditions in this field.
