摘要
介绍了自由曲面数控加工中无干涉刀轨的形成及其仿真系统的开发方法,该方法对于利用球头铣刀加工任意形状曲面具有很强的适应性;在VisualC++集成开发环境下通过NC程序的检验,实现了该过程的模拟仿真.
This paper introduces the cutter path without interfering of the free curved surface in NC milling process and the development method of the NC simulation system. The method is suitable for any surface processed by ball milling cutters. It has very powerful adaptability. It also realizes the simulation of the process in the integrated developing environment of the Visual C++ and passes through inspection of the NC program.
