摘要
稻田传统的淹灌模式有利有弊 ,不能断然否定建立水层的合理性。稻田的节水潜力主要在于减少棵间蒸发和深层渗漏 ,但是在节水决策时不宜片面追求取得最好的节水效果 ,而应追求综合净效益最大 ,并且强调选择节水技术时 ,应该因地制宜 ,因时制宜 ,还应考虑现行农业生产体制的制约。
Traditional continuous flooding irrigation for paddy rice has advantages as well as disadvantages, so we cannot reject the technique absolutely. The water-saving potential of paddy rice mainly rests with reducing evaporation and deep percolation. But, it is not suitable only to pursue the best effect of water saved in water-saving decision without considering the comprehensive net benefit. It is emphasized that to adjust measures to local conditions according to situation, and take into consideration of current constraints of agricultural production system in the selection of water-saving techniques.
