集控系统在大型原水生物预处理工程中的应用

Application of Distributed Control System in Large-Sized Raw Water Biological Pretreatment Project and Its Effects

通常环保工程的运行管理采用传统的控制方式和人工调节 ,为此 ,根据计算机集控系统在大型原水生物处理工程中应用的成功经验 ,结合自动控制技术的理论 ,总结了集控系统在实际应用中的设计、组网和应用。在大型、复杂的工程中引入先进的计算机集中控制系统可以解决传统控制方式无法实现的工艺控制要求。

The operation and management processes of environmental projects usually adopt traditional control method aided by manual adjustment. In this article, the design, network structure and application of DCS (Distributed Control System) are summarized based on the successful experience of DCS application in large-sized raw water biological pretreatment project and the theory of automatic control technology. Introducing of advanced computer DCS in large-sized complicated projects can satisfy the requirement of technology control, which cannot be realized by traditional control method.
