摘要
在通过 GPS技术对狮子滩水库水下地形进行测量的基础上 ,给出了新的水位~库容关系曲线。并利用所建立的水库运行调度模型 ,研究了该水库淤积变化对其防洪控制的影响。结果表明 :195 6~ 2 0 0 2年 ,虽然狮子滩水库淤积了 4 6 5 6 m3,但主要是淤积在多年平均库水位 340 .0 m以下 ,对其在汛限水位 346 .5 m以上的防洪调度影响不大。并且 ,在现有防洪调度方案和水位~库容关系情况下 ,水库能满足其防洪对象的防洪安全要求。
Based on the under water topographic survey of Shizitan Reservoir by GPS technique, a new reservoir water level - capacity curve is drawn;and the effect of sediment accumulation on flood control is researched by using the reservoir operation and regulation model established. The results show that although the reservoir accumulated 4 656 m 3 of sediment in 1956~2002, the flood regulation was not affected because most sediment accumulation happened under 340 m, the average water level, much lower than 346.5 m, the flood control level;the reservoir can meet the safety demand of the flood-protected area with the flood control and regulation scheme and water level - capacity relationship.
