摘要
监测和防治试验结果表明 :最好的诱芯 9诱集效果是对照诱集效果的 770 6 8倍 ,是饵木的2 0 4 9倍 ;效果中等的诱芯 1的诱集量是对照的 4 2 88 4倍 ,是饵木的 11 4倍 ;效果最差的诱芯 5诱集量为对照的 830倍 ,是饵木的 2 19倍。这一结果肯定了聚集信息素诱虫灵敏度高、效果好的特性。同时虫口密度、有虫株率和梢被害率 3项指标的减退率证实了应用聚集信息素防治纵坑切梢小蠹的效果显著可靠。其虫口密度减退率平均为 94 35 % ,有虫株率减退率平均为 87 7% ,被害梢减退率为 88 39%。
The result showed that the trapping effect of lure 9,the best lure,was 7 706.8 times of that of control and 20.49 times of that of logs.The trapping effect of lure 1,the medium lure,was (4 288.4) times of that of control and 11.4 times of that of logs.The trapping effect of lure 5,the poorest lure,was 830 times of that of control and 2.19 times of that of logs.The result furtherly confirmed the high sensitive and effective characteristic of aggregation pheromone in trapping insects.Meanwhile decrement of insect population,rates of infested trees and infested shoots confirmed the significant effect of aggregation pheromone for the control of Tomicus piniperda.The average decrement of insect population,rates of infested trees and infested shoots were 94.35%,87.7% and 88.53% respectively.
