摘要
TBZ乳胶涂料为一新研制的苯丙乳胶墙壁涂料。实验室试验表明,该涂料对青霉、曲霉等9种霉菌的抑菌圈直径>4.0cm者占88.9％。涂料经水淋、紫外线照射和热处理,仍能保持较好的抗霉效果。用于墙壁,4年内无发霉现象。用无防霉剂涂料墙壁,2周后即有霉斑出现。
TBZ latex paint is a kind of antimildew wall paint. It contains mainly styrene/propenoic acid latex and antimildew agent 2-(4-thiazolyl) benzoimidazole(TBZ). It was indicated in laboratory experiment that the paint had excellent mycostatic effect on all the 9 fungi tested with 88.9％ of the mycostatic zones being equal to or larger than 4cm in diameter. The mycostatic effect of the paint could persist for longer than 14 days when the TBZ content was 200mg/kg and could still be maintained to a certain degree after water drench(2.4L/cm^2/h for 72h), ultraviolet irradiation(30W, 72h) or heating(50℃, 72h). The antimildew effect persisted for longer than 4 years in the field trial.
