摘要
沥青封口胶的封口性能对碱锰电池的质量好坏有重要的影响,改善沥青的性能对提高电池的品质有重要的意义。通过在原料沥青中引入一些具有特殊性质的物质来增加其胶质的含量以达到改善其封口性能的目的。实验结果表明:通过改性,沥青的软化点、运动粘度、针入度明显增加;电池的恒电流放电结果表明:以改性沥青封装的电池的初始放电电压、放电时间、电容量均达到碱锰电池规定的技术标准。
The sealability of pitch sealant had distinct effect on quality alkaline Zn/MnO_2 battery. It was important to enhance the sealability for improvement of performance of the alkaline Zn/MnO_2 battery.Some additives were added into pitches to improve their sealability. It was showed that the softening point, dynamic viscosity and penetration index of pitch were increased by the additives and the discharge time, initial voltage, capacity of batteries with pitch added by nylon 66 or silica gel could reach to the requirement of alkaline Zn/MnO_2 battery.
