摘要
新研制的改良NAC培养基,经医院拖布标本检测,其对绿脓杆菌的检出阳性率与NAC培养基比较,虽无显著差别。但改良NAC培养基上的绿脓杆菌菌落较大,绿色素亦较显著,分离时易于识别。
In order to improve the investigation of environmental contamination by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the selective culture media were studied. In the study 9 kinds of culture media including McConkey's bile salt agar, McConkey's bile salt agar (1/2 concentration), cephalosporin bile salt agar, NAC agar, cephalosporin NAC agar, bile salt NAC agar, modified NAC agar, BB agar and BB cephalosporin agar were compared. The results indicated that NAC and modified NAC agar (prepared by addition of bile salt and cephalosporin into NAC agar) showed the best bacteriostatic effect on miscellaneous bacteria. When these two culture media were used for isolation of P. aeruginosa from hospital environmental specimens, there was no significant difference in positive rates, but the P. aeruginosa colonies grown on modified NAC agar were larger and their green color was deeper, making them more easily identifiable.
