摘要
通过5个杂交组合的F1、F2人工接种大豆疫霉病1号生理小种进行抗性鉴定,结果得出:大豆疫霉病1号生理小种的抗性是受一对基因控制的显性遗传。利用抗大豆疫霉病的抗源配制组合,通过系统选育,已经选育出两个抗大豆疫霉病优良新品系合抗32、合抗159,分别比对照增产21.8%、3.6%。
Under the inoculation conditions, F_1?F_2 populations of five crosses were identified with the No.1 biological race of peytophthora root rot . The result showed that the resistance to the NOo.1 biological race of peytophthora root rot was dominantly controlled by one gene. Crossing with resources of resistant to peytophthora root rot, that were selected by pedigree methods. The result showed that two new lines (Hekang32, Hekang159)) of resistant to phytophthora root rot had been bred. The yield of the two new lines were 21.8% and 3.6% higher than control, respectively.
