噬菌蛭弧菌在北京市不同水体的分布及其对革兰氏阴性菌的净化作用 被引量:3

摘要 调查北京市16份水样,均检出有噬菌蛭弧菌。各水样的噬菌蛭弧菌数量及对7种革兰氏阴性细菌的裂解范围有明显差异。水样中的噬菌蛭弧菌对所试宿主菌的混合悬液或陆续加入的不同菌液,均有明显净化作用。 Sixteen water samples, including 5 water samples from rivers and lakes, and 11 sewage samples from factories, hospitals, were investigated in Beijing. Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus was detected in all of them although the count was not all the same. When Escherichia coli was used as the host bacteria for examination, the minimum count was 2 pfu/ml and the maximum was 952 pfu/ml. When seven bacteria, including E.coli, Salmonella typhi, Sal. typhimurium, Shigella flexneri, Yersinia enterocolitica and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, were used for test, the bacteria species lysed by the B. bacteriovorus from different water samples were different. E. coli was lysed universally (16/16), while P. aeruginosa was seldom lysed (10/16). The B. bacteriovorus in water samples could significantly reduce the total bacteria count in mixed bacterial suspension containing the 7 host bacteria and could clear off continuously the bacteria added in succession.
