摘要
将专家系统理论与台阶爆破设计原理相结合,研究了集爆破参数优化、炮孔自适应布置、设计参数计算、自适应绘图、爆破效果预测、爆破效果分析和爆破管理于一体的台阶爆破设计专家系统。简要介绍了系统的主要内容及其实现方法,并在攀钢集团兰尖铁矿进行了应用,爆破效果达到矿山生产的要求,而且爆破设计及修改十分方便,可操作性强。
Combining artificial intelligence and expert system with the principle of bench blasting design, a new method — intelligence expert system for bench blasting design (IESBBD) , including the optimization of blasting parameters, the self-adapting layout of blasting holes, the calculation of design parameters, the prediction and analysis of blasting effect, the automatic plotting as well as the blasting management, is studied and put forward in this paper.. Taking the production blasting of Lanjian iron mine as background, the IESBBD system was tested and applied. The results of 6 blasting experiments shows that not only various kinds of the design charts given by the system can be directly applied to blasting operation and their blasting effect meet the production requirement, but also it is convenient to revise the design and the package has better operability.
