摘要
对砖混结构多层房屋出现裂缝的现象进行分析研究。根据裂缝的形状和出现的位置,大致归纳为温度裂缝、不均匀沉降裂缝和其它原因裂缝,并结合具体的工程实例对上述几种裂缝产生的原因从建筑结构设计和施工质量等几个方面进行分析以及如何避免裂缝的产生和裂缝出现以后如何采取有效的补救措施,制止裂缝的发展,从而提高建筑物的安全度和使用年限。
This paper analyses and studies the phenomenon of the multilayer building crevice of the brick and concrete structure. According to the crevice shape and place, it can be divided into temperature crevice, unequal sinking crevice and others. According to the several real construction examples it has analysed the reasons for emerged crevice from the sides of construction structure design, project quality and so on. It puts forward the ways to avoid it and some effective remedy measures when it emerges so as to stop its pervasion and improve the safety factor and prolong the service life of the buildings.
