摘要
对21株真菌与27株细菌试管抑菌试验表明,优乐散为一较好的抗菌药物。其对真菌的抑制作用强于克霉唑,但逊于益康唑;对细菌的抑制作用,优于磺胺甲基(口异)(口恶)唑,不及氟哌酸。
In vitro test for inhibition of 21 strains of fungi and 27 strains of bacteria indicates that Euvax is a good antimycotic and antibacterial agent. Its minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) against fungi is generally 12.5 μg/ml, being lower than that of clotrimazole, but higher than that of econazole. Its antibacterial effect is better than that of sulfamethoxazole (SMZ) with MIC against intestinal pathogens being lower than 6.25 μg/ml. The antibacterial effect of Euvax is not as good as that of norfloxacin and is stable at pH 6~8, while that of clotrimazole and sulfamethoxazole is influenced considerably by this range of pH.
