Study of the Qualitative Stimulation Method and Prototype System for Employee Behavior Stimulation

首先构建了适用于员工行为激励系统的基于过程知识库的定性模拟方法;提出了相应的定性状态描述方法和定性算子;然后设计了原型系统的框架结构,分析了定性模拟实现过程;最后建立并通过编程实现了员工个体行为激励定性模拟模型,模拟了奖酬价值变化对员工个体行为状态的影响过程。

A process knowledge based qualitative stimulation method is established for the employee behavior stimulation system. A corresponding description method of qualitative state and qualitative operators are presented. The framework of the prototype system is designed and the process of realizing the qualitative simulation is analyzed. Finally, an individual employee behavior stimulation model is constructed and realized by programming. Furthermore, an impact process of the change of rewarding value on the system of individual employee behavior is simulated.
