我国劳动就业的产业与区域替代研究

Research on Employment Replacement in industries and Regions in China

主要利用三普、四普、五普的有关人口普查资料分析经济全球化对我国劳动就业的影响。研究结果表明,改革开放以来,特别是20世纪90年代以来我国在人口和就业总量继续增长的同时,劳动就业的产业与区域分布发生了明显的变化,即我国的劳动就业在总量增长缓慢的情况下呈现出鲜明的产业与区域替代特征。此外,还分析了上述替代的主要成因并给出了相应的政策启示。

The effect of economic globalization on China's employment is analyzed based on the third, fourth and fifth census data. It is shown that the employment distributions in industries and regions change obviously with the continuous growth of overall population and employment since China's reform and opening policy was implemented, especially since 1990. It is indicated that China's employment features industrial and regional replacement as slow growth of overall employment. The formation of this replacement is analyzed and corresponding policies are put forth.
