摘要
探讨了运输企业物流经营模式,分析了运输企业以内部扩张和外部扩张两种物流经营模式的主要方式,并探讨了纵向一体化模式、物流中心模式、集团化模式、供应链合作模式、供应商/分销商合作模式和虚拟经营模式等各种模式的特点。
The logistics management modes in transportation enterprises are discussed, and two ways of logistics management modes are analyzed such as internal expansion and external expansion. The features of longitudinal integration mode, logistics mode, group mode, supply chain cooperation mode, provider/ retailer cooperation mode, and virtual management mode are discussed.
