摘要 目的 观察高档建筑物中黄胸鼠生物学特性 ,为防制工作提供依据。方法 应用粉迹法调查空间鼠的活动分布 ,现场和实验室观察黄胸鼠的食性及摄食规律。结果 黄胸鼠在天花板上、管道井、地面 3种环境的密度分别为2 1.3 3 %、16.67%、6.13 %。现场该鼠对葵瓜子、花生米、玉米、大米摄食率分别为 94.0 0 %、16.67%、6.3 5 %、5 .48%。抗凝血灭鼠剂毒饵投放后 ,1~ 4d摄食率分别为 12 .18%、2 9.44 %、5 2 .79%、65 .48%。结论 黄胸鼠主要在天花板和管道井内活动 ,有嗜食葵瓜子特性 ,对新投放的毒饵有较强的回避行为。分析了高档建筑物中黄胸鼠危害的原因并提出防制对策。 Objective The biology characters of Rattus flavipectus were studied in the top grade building for rodents control. Methods Powder method was used to survey distribution of rat activity. Intake bait rules of the rat were studied in both field and laboratory. Results The rat density distribution in ceiling, tub well, floor were 21.33%, 16.67%, 6.13%, respectively. The eating bait rate of the rat to plam sunflower seeds, pignut, corn, rice were 94.00%, 16.67%, 6.35%, 5.48%, respectively. In the field, for 1~4 days rats feeding corn powder bait which mixed with anticoagulant rodenticide, the intake rates were 12.18%, 29.44%, 52.79%, 65.48%, respectively. Conclusion Rattus flavipectus mainly play under cleiling and in tab well, sunflower seeds were their favorite food,and they are alert to newly corn powder containing anticoagulant rodenticide.
