摘要
根据实验数据,采用多目标最优化的方法,对效率高、噪声小、全压大等性能指标皆好的通风机蜗壳扩压角进行了理论计算选择。并针对有具体用途(使通风机的流量达到额定值)的通风机,采用目标函数法对通风机综合性能指标最优化的扩压角进行了算例分析。
By the multiple objective optimization, the diffusion angle of the ventilator volutes with high efficiency, low noise and high total pressure of the ventilators was calculated and selected according to the experimental data. Then a specific ventilator was chosen as an example, and by the method of (objective) functions, the diffusion angle of its volute was calculated and analysed to optimize the (operating) performance of the ventilator.
