Technical Elements of Formation of Electronic Archives

就电子档案数字化处理与管理,对当今信息时代档案管理工作的数字化与现代化问题进行探讨。在建立三大系统模块的基础上,指出电子档案形成的技术要素,经过元数据处理和封装程序,形成雏形的电子文件,再经过加密技术处理后,形成电子档案。并对电子档案著录技术要素进行了研究与探讨,指出电子档案管理是一个全新的领域。

This paper discusses the issues of digitalization and modernization of archives management in this information era, focusing on digitalization process and management of electronic archives. Based on the three system modules, it points out the technical elements of formation of electronic archives. Then, through the procedure of metadata and encapsulation program, the primary electronic documents are formed, and after the process of encrpytion technique, the final electronic archives are attained. In addition the paper studies the techniques of electronic archives recording and points out that electronic archives management is entirely a new field.
