丝素改性胶原膜的肝素化

摘要 以1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺(简称EDCI)为缩合剂对丝素改性胶原膜进行了肝素固定化,用X光电子能谱分析了材料的表面性质. 测定了固定化肝素的量并研究了固定化肝素的稳定性. 结果表明固定化肝素量为2.34μg/cm-2,体外释放试验表明肝素量虽有下降但有较好的稳定性. The Silk Fibroin/Collagen blend film was heparinized in the presence of 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylamino-propyl)carbodiimide(EDCI).X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) was employed to analyze the surface of films. Stability of heparin immobilized on the SF/Col film in phosphate buffered saline as a function of immersion time is studied.The results showed that the amounts of the immobilized heparin were 2.34μg/cm-2 and most heparins were covalently bound to the functional groups of blend film .The results of stability test also showed that it had high stability although the amounts of heparin decreased slihgtly.
