摘要
采用化学激发、水热激发与机械磨细相结合的三位一体的高效复合活化技术对低等级粉煤灰进行活化处理,可得到高活性粉煤灰. 综合运用该高活性粉煤灰的活性作用、高效减水剂的超塑化增强作用、复合早强剂的早强作用以及复合掺合料的超叠加作用,可保证用低等级粉煤灰配制绿色高性能混凝土的成功.
This paper discussed the significance, technical ways and prospect of developing green high performance concrete with low grade fly ash. High active fly ash can be gained by activating treatment for low grade fly ash with adopting efficient composite activating techniques, such as chemical activation, hydrothermal reaction and mechanical grinding. The success of proportioning green high performance concrete with low grade can be guarantecd fly ash by comprehensive applying the active action of the high activated fly ash ,the superplastic action of the superplasticizer ,the high early strength of composite accelerating agents as well as the supercomposite action of composite admixtures.
