摘要
为研究灵芝孢子粉对小鼠免疫功能和辐射损伤的影响 ,选择了检测免疫调节和抗辐射损伤的 10项指标 ,对灵芝孢子粉的功效作用进行了测定。试验结果表明 :灵芝孢子粉可提高小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬能力、脾脏抗体生成细胞数、血清中抗绵羊红细胞抗体效价、迟发型变态反应和NK细胞活性。另外 ,灵芝孢子粉可显著延长受 7 5Gy60 Co -γ射线照射小鼠的平均存活时间 ,提高 30d存活率和WBC总数。提示灵芝孢子粉对小鼠具有免疫促进作用及辐射防护作用。
10 indexes were observed to detect the effect of G.lucidum spores powder on immunoregulation and antiradiation in mice. The results showed that G.lucidum spores powder could enhance the ability of macrophagocyte phagocytosis and the activity of NK cell,increase the number of plague forming cell (PFC) and the titers of hemagglutination against sheep red cell(SRBC),and also could induce delayed hypersensitivity. In addition,when mice were exposed to 7.5 Gy 60 Co- γ ray,G.lucidum spores powder significantly prolonged average survival time and promoted 30 day survival rate and increased the number of white blood cell. The results indicated that G.lucidum spores powder could promote immune and protect the mice from radiation injuries.
