摘要
分析三明市农村劳动力转移现状、转移动因、制约因素、存在问题及完善闽西北山区农村劳动力转移的对策与建议。
Taking Sanming as a case, current situation, motives, restricting factors and problems of the shift of rural labour force in the northwest Fujian mountainous areas are analyzed. Meanwhile the countermeasures for improvement are proposed.
