通过分析中国股票市场的资金结构,揭示了中国股票市场各类资金的特点和缺陷,剖析了私募基金的优势所在,认为私募基金是中国股票市场中最具活力和发展前景的机构资金形式,认为私募基金阳光化是挽救中国股市资金主体,是推动投资型市场形成的重要政策选择。
By analysing the fund structure of China's stock market, the characteristics and defectiveness of all kinds of funds in China's stock market are revealed, and the advantages of private offer fund are illustrated. It holds that private offer fund is the organization fund in China's stock market which has the most vigorous development potential, and the legalization of the private offer fund is the very important policy which could save the capital mainstream of China's stock market, and push the formation of the investment market.
