External Forces of the Choice of Cultural Subject in the Cultural Change of Contemporary Ethnics

交通业和信息技术的飞速发展打破了文化传播交流的原有节奏和时空限制。当代社会,客观存在的异质文化体系以及行政力量和文化精英逐渐参与到文化变迁的进程中并发挥着越来越重要的作用;一方面,面临艰难抉择的文化主体需要由此获得契机和指导,另一方面,所有外部因素的介入必须以尊重文化主体独立的文化人格和文化尊严为前提。

The original rhythm and temporal limits of cultural dissemination are broken by the rapid development of transportation and information technology. In the present society, objectively existed exotic culture system, administration force and cultural elites are gradually penetrating into the process of cultural changes and are playing a more and more important role. On one hand, cultural subject encountering a difficult choice need the opportunity and direction from these forces; on the other, the intervention of all these external forces should take respect for the subject's independent cultural personality and dignity as the premise.
