On the Strategy of the Construction of the Logistics Bases in Shanghai

物流基地对国民经济运行、城市可持续发展、提高企业效率和加快物流社会化具有重要作用 .分析了上海物流业的发展状况 ,介绍了上海已建、在建以及规划建设的物流基地的基本情况 ;在对上海物流未来发展进行预测的基础上 ,从宏观和微观规划提出了对上海物流基地建设的建议 ,强调了政府职能的重要性 ,指出要特别重视物流基地的选址和功能定位 .

Logistics bases play an important part in the operation of national economy,in the sustainable urban development,in the economic benefits of enterprises,and in the promotion of the socialization of logistics operation.An analysis is made of the situations of the logistics industry in Shanghai,in which the basic conditions of the existing logistics bases and those which are under construction and to be constructed are introduced.Based on a forecast for the further development of Shanghai ,s logistics,the author puts forward suggestions concerning the construction of the logistics bases in Shanghai from the angles of macroplanning and microplanning.It is pointed out that the functions of government have to be emphasized,and that attention should be paid to the location selection and the function positioning of the logistics bases.
