印度大学毕业生失业的教育因素及其对我国的启示

Educational Factors Lead to Unemployment of Graduate in India

独立以后,印度的高等教育取得了举世瞩目的成就,但也带来了不少的问题,其中大学毕业生大规模失业是印度政府非常头疼的问题之一。本文简要阐述了其大学毕业生失业的基本情况,重点从教育的角度分析了导致其失业的因素,并就其经验和教训提出了对我国高等教育的发展可能有用的几点启示。

While India's higher education has gained great achievements after independence, it also brings about many problems. Unemployment of a great number of graduates is one of them which haunt the government of India. This article sets forth its basic situation briefly and, from the point of education, analyzes the factors that lead to unemployment of graduates and renders some edifications that may benefit the development of our higher education.
