摘要
在人力资源外包兴起的今天 ,研究如何构建人力资源管理外包的框架、如何通过系统化的思维方式建立人力资源管理外包的理论体系 ,是一种有益的探索。人力资源外包是基于交易成本理论和核心竞争理论而发展起来的 ,通过对人力资源外包多方面的认识可以构建有效人力资源外包的分析框架 。
With human resource outsourcing flourishing in recent years, it is conducive to investigate how to build the theoretical framework and system of HRO through systematic thinking. Human resource outsourcing is developed from transaction cost and core competence theories. An analytical framework of effective human resource outsourcing can be established through taking perspectives of HRO. The training outsourcing of Huawei provides a model for many companies.
