美国的"人权外交"有其独特的外交思想传统,即美国例外论、理想主义和现实主义。"人权外交"是维护美国国家利益的工具,其实质是霸权主义。
American human rights diplomacy is closely connected with American traditional diplomatic policy which is concentratedly expressed by American exception theory,idealism and realism. Human rights diplomacy constitutes a tool to preserve the national interests of America. Its essence is hegemonies.
