the paper studies the supply and demand situation of government- subsidized educational loan by using e-quilibrium analyses method. The author points out that there is a big gap between the loan supply and demand. And the root cause of this problem is the special institutional arrangement. The best solution for the problem is to let policy bank to performance this function.
