摘要
在最近召开的几次国际化疗会仪,如第17届[CC,30届]CAAC以及喹诺酮国际座谈会上,报道了近几年来在抗生素及有关领域里新品种研究开发方面所取得的若干重要进展。β-内酰胺抗生素在抗生素领域里特别是头孢菌素仍然占主导地位。非典型的β-内酰胺抗生素的发展速度比以前更快,预计β-内酰胺、非典型β-内酰胺以及其他类抗生素将取得重要的进展。本综述包括两个部份:世界医药品和抗生素研究开发的总趋势;90年代抗生素及有关品种的进展与预测。
Some of the highlights in the progress of the research and development
of antibiotic and related new products were reported in recent years in such occations like
17th ICC,30th ICAAC and International Symposium on Ouinolones,The β-lactam antibiotic
still plays a role of the main trend in the antibiotic field,espectially the cephalosporin anti-
biotics.The development of non-classical β-lactam antibotic is stepping forward with
faster speed than ever before.It is expected that some very important outcomes will be
reaped from the β-lactam,non-classical β-lactam and also other antibiotic families.
This review comprises two main parts:
1.The main trend of the research and development of the worldwide pharmaceutical
products and new antibiotics
2 A prediction on the advances of antibiotic and related products.
