盐酸曲玛多镇痛效果的Ⅱ～Ⅲ期临床观察

EFFECTS OF TRAMADOL ON KILLING PAIN RESULTING FROM CANCER SURGERY DENTAL DISEASE AND DELIVERY

通过多中心前瞻性协作研究,对国产盐酸曲玛多在癌症疼痛、手术后疼痛、牙痛和分娩疼痛的镇痛效果共500例作了观察,并应用安慰剂、强痛定、灶冷丁及进口曲马多在444例中作了同期或自身对比研究。结果表明:对前3种疼痛均有良好的疗效,有效率在733～97.9%之间,对分娩疼痛有效率也达55%,与进口药相同。此药副作用轻微,疗效优于强痛定,为一较好的非吗啡类镇痛药。

In a prospective multi-centre sstudy,the pain-relief effects of Tramadol were observed in 500 patients with cancer,postoperative,dental and labor pain.At the same time.444 patients with pain were treated with placebo.AP-237(a commom nonnarcotic analgesic in China).Pathidine,and Tramal as contol.The results showed that Tramadol was effective in 95% of cancer pain,79% of postoperative pain.93.3% of dental pain,and 55.5% of labor pain,and that of AP-237.Tramadol,and Placebo was 89.6%,96.7%,and 5.7% respectively.Statistically,it is revealed that the pain-killing effect of Tramadol is superior to placebo(p<0.001)and AP-237(p<0.05).The adverse effects of Tramadol were mild and tolerable in most of the patients.
